Our Team

Our team is the key to our success and we understand that parents need the reassurance that a warm and caring group of people is dedicated to their child’s wellbeing.

Children have an ability to sense adults moods so much more than we give them credit for. At Sunflowers Childcare, we think that it is vital to create the right atmosphere and this can only be done by having the right staff.

All our staff have a childcare qualification ranging from Level 5 to Level 8 degree level in Childcare. But we also look for people with the right “life” skills, people who enjoy children and find spending quality time with them a real pleasure and not just a job. Some of our staff have children themselves so they come automatically well equipped with the juggling and diplomacy skills to cater for groups of children.

We obtain a GARDA clearance for all staff working in the building on the commencement of their employment at Sunflowers Childcare.
